Only an elite few ever own a TRUE protection dog. Would you like to join the select few? Would you like to have a dog that will protect you against intruders and bad guys? Most people believe their dogs would come to their aid in the event they needed help against a bad guy, but the truth is that most dogs absolutely will not. Most perceived aggressive behaviors are not aggression at all. Most of these behaviors are insecurities within the dog that are leaking out in a big and scary way. This dog is considered a liability.        

A true protection dog is a dog that is comfortable in all environments while being able to identify and confront a true threat. This is our FORTE! Dogs that are expected to one day be a protection dog have different expectations than a dog that will only be a loyal companion. This is a much different route that will need to be taken in regards to the raising and training of these dogs starting from a very young age. ​

  If this sounds like something you may desire, you will need to get an evaluation from one of our trainers. If approved, we will get you into our program right away. There are no time limits to the training, as each team will progress differently. In protection dog training, there is a lot to learn! Phase 1 focuses on preparing the dog for this kind of work as well as the handler. Building the drive of the dog and making sure the dog is progressing in the content of all of the other obedience classes.
